Serbia has strongly condemned the terrorist attacks in Algeria, where, according to preliminary data, 38 employees were killed in a gas plant in the south of the country, it was announced tonight by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

The statement added that "the Serbian provides full support for the Algerian government in the fight against terrorism and expressed solidarity with the friendly people of Algeria, which is exposed to brutal attacks by extremist groups."It added that the Serbian authorities to the Government and people of Algeria expressed sincere condolences over the tragic death of innocent citizens.Thirty foreigners from eight countries and one Algerian, were killed in the gas plant in southeast Algeria, which last week attacked the Islamists, and while detained hundreds of employees, announced today the Algerian Prime Minister Abdelmalek Selal.Algerian Prime Minister said that it was temporary and that the balance of five foreigners still missing, and that the 29 hijackers were killed and three arrested.
